What you’ll do:

• The Contractor shall manage, operate, and maintain information technology (IT) for facilities at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. Occasionally travel to the Washington D.C. Office may be required. The contractor shall provide services that operate IAW standard Air Force and DoD IT environments.

Functional Description –

• The contractor shall perform Customer Service Desk duties such as coordinating work order documents with IT Government and contractor personnel, and elevating work order documents to IT Government lead, as necessary.
• The contractor shall close-out of work order documents when completed.
