The Conference Coordinator role involves providing customer service and acting as a liaison between the operations of AANP's Accreditation, Conference, and Education department and their event planning vendor. This position is responsible for coordinating communications, providing support to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of conference-related activities. Essential Responsibilities: Providing customer service for conference-related inquiries. Coordinating and supporting conference speakers. Assisting in preparing and attending conferences. Taking meeting notes and preparing agendas. Serving as a liaison between the event planning vendor and AANP. Collaborating with team members, executive staff, and other departments. Ensuring timely completion of assigned projects and programs. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in business or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred). Experience: Three or more years of advanced administrative and clerical skills, along with two or more years of event planning experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and databases, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Other: Ability to travel occasionally for AANP conferences and events.
