Construction Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.  The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will coordinate projects and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee daily reports to ensure accuracy, and manage inventory. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and providing support to the project team. 

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator is highly desired.
• Experience with project engineer, inventory management, construction, and hospitality is a bonus.
• Experience with Procore project management software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
