CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER

We are currently seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our growing Project Controls Group. This position has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid, providing flexibility in your work environment. As a Construction Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to work on transportation projects, including Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail, and complex roadway/bridge projects. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about construction and have experience in heavy civil infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Independently build and review schedules - Create integrated schedules and cost/resource loading using P6 - Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met - Promote and perform effectively within a team environment - Communicate with clients to address project needs and provide updates Essential Job Functions: - Utilize advanced experience with P6 and demonstrate proficiency in bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff - Have a strong understanding of construction methods and processes - Possess effective communication and organizational skills - Display transparency in work product - Exhibit the ability to learn and utilize 4-D Scheduling on Synchro Pro Skills: - Related 2- or 4-year degree with 3+ years of experience OR 6+ years' relevant experience without a degree - Experience with P6 required, including integrated schedules and cost/resource loading - Knowledge of Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff preferred - Ability to obtain AACE International PSP or PMI-SP certifications desirable - Previous experience with 4-D Scheduling on Synchro Pro is a plus - Familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse and/or Microsoft Project is beneficial - Great communication skills and ability to successfully interact with clients Join and enjoy excellent benefits, including medical insurance and dental insurance.
