Contract Reception

We are seeking a friendly and professional short-term Receptionist for one of our premier clients.. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, and performing general clerical duties. Assignment will be for approximately 6 weeks. Please email resume to .

Pay rate: DOE

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
