Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System
• Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appts.
• Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events
• Attend career fairs and other recruiting events
• Collection of program participant feedback
• Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Great verbal and wrtitten communicator.
