Director of Human Resources - Napleton Auto Group - Chicago, IL A US top 50 privately held Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Human Resources who can drive productivity through effective and valued-centered leadership. The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities and staff across the entire organization. They will ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. Essential Duties

• Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
• Managing a national account HR budget
• Coordinate with company executives and management staff to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
• Communicate between company executives and management staff
• Must have or establish a process in order to recruit top talent
• Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes
• Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
• Compiling information about compensation and benefit packages based on market data

Qualifications

• Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company

Applicants with a background in the automotive sector is a plus but is not required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year - Dependent upon previous experience Benefits:
