A leading dental company with a staff of 800+ dedicated professionals across 8 states seeking a Director of Recruiting with extensive experience in the dental industry to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to strategically develop and lead an internal recruiting team, establishing a consistent and successful recruiting culture that aligns with company values and objectives. This client's practices include: cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, orthodontics and periodontics . Locations include: East Coast, Midwest and Southeast United States .
Director of Recruiting Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes tailored to the unique needs of the dental industry and the company culture
- Hire, lead, and mentor internal recruiting team members
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, campus recruiters, and industry events
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement a management incentive program to drive recruitment success that aligns with company objectives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand all local staffing needs
Director of Recruiting Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the dental industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting across a wide range of dental positions
- Strong understanding of recruiting systems and pathways to establish and lead an internal recruiting team
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment
- Commitment to maintaining a small business mindset, with a focus on resource optimization and cost-effective solutions
- *MUST BE AUTHORIZED to work in the U.S .
Director of Recruiting Compensation:
- $100,000-150,000 base salary depending on experience, with performance bonuses
