Job summary Kelly Services is currently looking for a Document Scanning Technician.
Candidates will need to be skilled with general office software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
The right candidate will ideally also have some experience with document scanning.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities • Follow established procedures in handling customer documents, document preparation, document scanning, document indexing, image processing, and cloud solutions
• Provide customer service regarding realistic completion times, job status, solutions/answers to inquiries, and more
• Work in a team to prepare, scan, index, and manage paper, film, and digital documents
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of final product
• Other duties as required
Requirements • High School Diploma
• Experience with document scanning is a plus
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop highly preferred
• Computer and tech savvy is a must
