Employee Engagement Specialist

Renuity is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to join its best-in-class Marketing team at our headquarters in Coral Gables, FL. Reporting to our Employer Brand & Strategy Director and working with a highly collaborative team of marketing experts, this role contributes to Renuity’s success by increasing employer brand awareness, developing strategic content and communications focused around talent attraction and internal employee engagement. This role requires effective project management and organization skills.

What You'll Do:  

• Work with the Director of Employer Brand & Strategy to develop a content strategy for all channels based on internal company happenings and external industry and culture trends 
• Be responsive to our audiences by engaging in comments, direct messages, and other post engagements 
• Grow all channels' followers, impressions, reach and click rates according to set KPIs 
• Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices across all social media channels to better inform marketing efforts and campaign goals 
• Develop content, calendars, and communications deliverables are in line with the overall brand strategy
• Collaborate with content partners, Recruiting, Employee Experience, and Human Resource teams to ensure that all materials are approved by all necessary parties and necessary revisions are completed on a timely basis. 
• Manage internal/external communications to other teams regarding updates, requests, and other projects
• Competitive analysis includes tracking and providing updates to stay on top of local trends and market opportunities
• Function efficiently under pressure, accurately meeting deadlines, prioritizing deliveries, and always present a professional demeanor and ability to work well independently are essential 
• Develop diverse daily and weekly content for external Employer Brand channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor, and our internal communication channels such as Workvivo, Workshop, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align content and communication strategies

What You'll Bring:  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or psychology preferred
• Demonstrated ability to increase likes, followers, and engagement across social media channels
• The ability to write creative, on-brand copy for captions and post text
• Technical knowledge of the latest updates to all social media platforms
• Experience creating and executing marketing social posts that drive customer engagement and advocacy
• Experience planning and executing content calendars and long-term social media strategy
• Demonstrated fluency with Instagram, Facebook, Indeed and LinkedIn
• Accuracy, acute attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process/deadline-driven environment in collaboration with multiple teams is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual required
