Fertilizer Supervisor

We are looking for a Fertilization Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in residential and commercial fertilization, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role. Essential Functions

• Complete all tasks needed to maintain the Fertilization Department. Player/Coach
• LMA – Leadership, Management, and Accountability for team members in these departments using our 5 foundation tools: Accountability Chart (AC Chart), Vision Traction Organizer (VTO), Rock sheet, Scorecard, and Meeting Pulse (L10).
• Driver of Productivity, Quality Control, Safety, and Team Member Success
• Customer Conflict Resolution
• Employee Conflict Resolution
• Resource allocation and accountability
• Material and equipment procurement

Requirements:

• Experience/certified in Fertilization field. Certifications in 3A, 3B, 6, 7A & 7F
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain quality control while staying on track and on budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
• Computer skill and willingness to learn company systems

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
