Description:

• Foreclosure Assistant is responsible for receiving incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages and will work often in our vendor related software.
• Receives incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
• Provides exceptional customer service and responds in a timely manner to resolve any issues.
• Will be receiving incoming calls, must have a pleasant voice and use of proper grammar is essential.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Above average typing and computer skills

Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED!

Call Center experience.

Exceptional mathematical skills

Must be well organized and possess exceptional time management skills.

Remains calm in stressful situations

Excellent Attendance
