HR Business Partner

Your Job INVISTA is seeking a HR Business Partner to grow with our team in Wichita, KS. The Human Resources Business Partner will cultivate partnerships with HR and leaders to advance our capability around talent strategies, compensation, and HR compliance & ethics. Independent judgement and strong decision-making skills are key to this role. This position is based at INVISTA's Corporate office in Wichita, KS and will support HR related administrative and generalist activities across multiple sites as directed by HR leaders. What You Will Do

• Provide HR leadership in various areas of the business and capabilities
• Advance our company culture Principle Based Management
• Work with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Interpret and implement employee guidelines and practices
• Provide an objective resource when resolving employee relations issues
• Identify HR Compliance risks and develop gap closure plans to address risks
• Drive innovation and transformation in HR functions and processes
• Partner with leadership to advance our culture
• Manage the temporary recruitment needs by collaborating with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in Data Analytics
• Experience in MS Office Software
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
• Experience supporting several different HR functions
• Experience working within an HR role and knowledge of HR fundamentals (investigations, recruiting practices, etc.)
