Duties and Responsibilities Assists in recruitment processes including preparing job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant record maintenance. Assists in the new hire orientation, onboarding, and off-onboarding processes. Provides administrative support to the HR department, as needed, in areas such as research, electronic file maintenance, and HRIS entry. Completes human resources initiatives and projects Provides training and assistance to employees on the HRIS system. Assist with benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations; assists with the benefits open enrollment process; communicate benefits information to employees; review benefit bills for accuracy and correct any discrepancies. Backup support for all aspects of payroll management, processing, and auditing. Creates HR, benefit, and performance review forms using Adobe pdf software. Completes administrative duties including mailing FedEx packages, proofreading documents, and coordinating internal meetings and events. Partners with and aids other departments on projects. Other duties as assigned.
