We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping and HR Administrator. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and records of the company, as well as handling various human resources tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports for management- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Experience with HR administration and compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
