Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to department managers and staff on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
