Job Description - HR Shared Services coordinator

As an HR Shared Services Coordinator, you'll: Coordinate interviews and liaise with talent acquisition and hiring managers while maintaining the smooth operation of HR Shared Services.
Collaborate with teams across different functions to elevate the candidate journey.
Engage with Talent Acquisition and HR core teams across different projects.
Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities and processes, and managing multiple tasks within set deadlines.
Proactively identify and implement improvements, refining processes for greater efficiency.
Investigate and propose solutions to procedural and process-related challenges, working collaboratively to swiftly resolve operational issues.
We're looking for individuals with: Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while fostering teamwork.
Proficiency in conducting independent research and analysis.
Experience with recruiting/applicant tracking systems.
Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator in a corporate environment.
Basic qualifications include: 1 year of problem-solving experience in a fast-paced environment.
2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or shared services.
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
A 4-year degree is preferred.
