HR Support Representative

• Pay Range: $20-23/hr.

What's a typical day as an HR Support Representative? You'll be:

• Professionally responding to incoming customer requests both promptly and thoroughly within the scope of responsibility.

• Maintaining the team's group email box and voicemail by assigning customer escalations to the correct team member.

• Providing quality service and support in various areas, including leave of absence, disability, workers' compensation, sick time, timecard management, and statutory benefits.

• Compiling and generating reports related to customer service surveys.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Are self-motivated and maintain an empathetic and professional demeanor.

• Have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Can communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Have strong attention to detail and active listening skills.

• Can maintain confidentiality.

• Possess intermediate problem-solving skills.

• Are familiar with Microsoft 365.
