Human Resource Business Partner

​​​​​​ Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit for a Human Resource Business Partner for our client who's a premier specialty commercial construction contractor in interior and exterior finishes. This is an on-site position in their corporate office located in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities:

• Employee relations – conflict resolution, employee engagement, policy implementation, communication, performance management
• Leave & Disability processing and tracking – compliance and communication
• Training & development – needs assessment, program development, implantation, career development conversations & succession planning.
• Monthly HR metrics consolidation and reporting – data collection, reporting, benchmarking, leading indicators
• Staying up to date on HR trends, best practices, laws
• Networking
• And other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in human resources.
• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in a human resources capacity
• Interface professionally with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly;
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
