Human Resources Assistant I Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Sharing information with supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates via telephone, email, or face-to-face communication.
• Proficiency in utilizing Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in analyzing information and assessing outcomes to determine optimal solutions and address challenges effectively.

Human Resources Assistant I Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR or Administrative experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
• Experience in onboarding and screening 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
