Human Resources Associate
We are currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Associate opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day human resources operations, and will work closely with a dynamic team of HRBPs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of human resources (HR) experience ideally within financial services.
This is a 6-month contract role, paying $30-$35/hour (depending on experience).
This role supports a hybrid work-model, consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week.
Responsibilities:
- Supports human resources functions, including performance management, talent development, year-end planning, and reporting
- Prepares and delivers required human resources operations materials and data to team
- Partners with HRBP team and assists in implementation of human resources solutions across enterprise and assigned business units
- Collaborates with Human Resources Center of Excellence teams to maintain and enhance human resources systems, processes, and materials
- Explains human resources policy and process to business unit managers, and supports business understanding and application
- Supports routine performance management and employee relations processes
- Practices and promotes inclusive behavior, seeks out diverse perspectives, and contributes to an environment of open communication
- Assists with special projects as needed
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience ideally within financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Workday) Great problem-solving and time management skills
