As the Human Resource Business Advisor, you will provide support to senior HR Business Advisors and senior managers on core HR activities, helping them engage with others in HR and with specialists to bring resolution to their HR-related matters. This role offers the opportunity to influence the people agenda initiatives and efforts for a business area, advise on human capital matters, and support the implementation of structuring & re-organizational changes. You will also play a key role in the year-end compensation process, performance and talent management cycle, and team development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders.
This position will report to the HR Business Advisor Lead and be aligned to support Senior Leaders and Leaders within a specific line of business (LOB).
