LaSalle Network is teaming up with a top-notch organization in Naperville on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator to come aboard. Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the backbone of our client’s HR department, delivering impeccable administrative support to employees
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to screen and schedule top-tier talent
• Assist with administrative support when it comes to onboarding, benefits and payroll
• Take charge in assisting candidates through post-offer procedures, including guiding them through background checks
• Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews and HR events

Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex or high-volume scheduling
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels and establish quality relationships
• Capacity to efficiently handle and prioritize numerous requests in a fast-paced setting
