Human Resources Generalist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a reputable NW Ohio client.
Responsibilities

• Assist with benefits and answering questions from employees
• Recruiting/Working with vendors
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
• Facilitates onboarding activities
• Other duties as assigned

Background

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
• 1+ years of Human Resources experience (will consider entry level employee with relevant internship)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and analytically driven
