Job Description - Human Resources Generalist

Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, compliance, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with expertise in recruitment strategies, labor and employment law, employee engagement, compensation, and employee development. Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
Administer compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and annual salary reviews.
Oversee compliance training programs and ensure all employees are up-to-date on required training.
Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs.
Provide leadership and supervision to HR staff, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, hiring, evaluations, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong understanding of labor and employment law, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus. Benefits:
