Job Description - Human Resources Generalist

Now Hiring for an HR Generalist/Employee Resource Manager for a growing company in Orlando, FL! The HR Generalist/Employee Resource Manager performs the duties of the Employee Resources department, including full employment lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and separations.
This position is responsible for all compliance reporting, file management, policy generation and enforcement activities, and HRIS maintenance related to the Employee Resources function. Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager or Generalist role
Bachelor’s degree
PHR certificate preferred. Must be able to obtain within 12 months of hire
Strong ethics and integrity.
Able to be trusted with highly confidential corporate and personal information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent decision-making ability and ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning.
Dependable, exhibit strong initiative and be self-motivated.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and self-reliant.
Must place an extreme emphasize on accuracy, be neat and thorough.
Must be able to make sound and competent decisions regarding the company’s employee resources matters.
Must have excellent computer skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Very professional in appearance and conduct.
Ability to work 40-45 hours per week and have excellent availability.
Must pass pre-employment including but not limited to a drug screen, background check, education verification, and consumer credit report. Salary: $60-70k annually
