Human Resources - HR Manager

Aurora Valley Care in Spokane Valley, WA is now hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)! Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range: $24-29/hour DOE

What you will do:

• Candidate will be responsible for timely submission of all Accounts Payable invoices.
• Maintenance of Personnel records, including Workers Compensation
• Assist all new hires with paperwork, Orientation and benefit questions
• Conducts E-Verify Check on all employees
• Manages Resident Trust account
• Performs all other general business office functions as directed by the Executive Director

Must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Human Resources or Payroll preferred
• Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred

Compensation for roles at Aurora Valley Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Aurora Valley Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Bridgeview Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Idaho, as stated below:
