Position Summary: Peachtree Catering and Events, is a catering and event production firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The sanitation/dishwasher must work with efficiency, professionalism, awareness & initiative. Peachtree caters to an expansive clientele at four exclusive venues as well as off-premise catering events. Peachtree Catering and Events, a catering and event production firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is looking for a Human Resources Manager. Candidates must work with efficiency, professionalism, awareness & initiative. The Human Resources Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Responsibilities: Oversees the daily workflow of the department Review performance evaluations to ensure that they provide constructive and timely feedback Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Collaborates with Owners to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention Supports in all recruitment efforts and sharing of offer letters. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance Coordinates professional development, training, and certification activities as needed Performs all other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required Must have at least five years of human resources management, preferably at least one year in a supervisory capacity Strong supervisory, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to quickly learn systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid Driver's License Required Basic knowledge of hospitality operations ====== Who we are - Stone Soup, Inc., is dedicated to setting new standards in service, cuisine, and employment experience.
