We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting new real estate agents. You will play a key role in strategic planning and business administration. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8-5pm, Part-Time position Monday-Friday 9-1pm. PLEASE specify if you are interested in FT or PT. Responsibilities:

• Reach out to qualified candidates, and explain the benefits of being a part of our company
• Set up interviews for senior management
• Coordinate trainings and schedule for new realtors
• Update new policy changes
• Help maintain employee and sub-contractor records and files
• Keep track of realtors continuing education

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Submit to a background and medical screening
• Entry-level position, no previous experience required
• Education - HS Diploma, GED, GED equivalent, or higher education level completed
• Possess leadership qualities
