As a Benefits Admin, you will be responsible for assisting employees with benefits enrollment and questions, managing all insurance billing, maintaining employee database and files, and assisting with payroll processing. Additional responsibilities of the Benefits Admin include:
Administering various employee benefits programs
Conducting benefits orientations and explaining benefits self-enrollment system
Assisting employees with health, dental, life, and other related benefit claims
Assisting HR Manager in completing benefits reporting requirements
