As the Branding, Education and Facilitation Manager for Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (ID&E), you’ll act as the primary contact for employee inclusion groups on projects related to brand, newsletters, visuals, storytelling and other messaging and document support. You’ll collaborate with partners across the company to ensure ID&E messaging is visible and relevant on different platforms. You’ll oversee ID&E presentations and talking points, cultural moments messaging and other communications. You’ll also be a key member of the Racial Equity Leadership Immersion (RELI) planning team and help educate our inclusion group leaders. What you’ll do
Review messaging and provide consultation for event promotional materials
Help cascade information from business leaders related to inclusion groups
Facilitate workshops, sessions and RELI events
Attend RELI weekly planning and content meetings and support the program with Microsoft Teams support, content and facilitation
Consult and facilitate on a variety of initiatives, such as recruitment advertisements, careers website, community engagement advertisements, newsletters and internal presentations
Participate in special projects, including revising ID&E brand and messaging guidelines, developing a cultural moments playbook and creating and socializing content to internal employee resources
Basic qualifications
5 years of experience in marketing or in teaching, coaching or facilitation with educational materials (e.g., teaching classes, workshops)
Preferred qualifications
5 years of professional experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Proficient at creating visuals (e.g., PowerPoint, newsletters, flyers) and building content for educational presentations
Degree in marketing, education, communications, humanities, HR or DEI
