Job Description

Implementation Specialists are responsible for onboarding new customers onto TravelBanks solution. Responsibilities include: consultation to determine the best configurations for the clients business needs; configuring the software with and for the customer; working with internal teams on complex technical integrations; tracking, managing and providing regular updates on the progress of an implementation project; ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Eight or more years of sales experience in the financial services industry

• One or more years of management experience

• Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment

• Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures

• Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations

• Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities

• Strong organizational and managerial skills

• Ability to develop and administer budgets

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,010.00 - $130,600.00 - $143,660.00
