Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi-campus, baccalaureate and graduate degree granting public institution, is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. Department InformationThe Department of Natural Sciences serves both science majors and non-majors taking science courses for their core curriculum. We offer the Bachelor of Science in Biology degree. The B.S. in Biology degree is a broad undergraduate degree which prepares students for the modern workplace, graduate school or pre-professional schools (e.g., medical, dental, veterinary, pharmacy).
Job SummaryThe Department of Natural Sciences within the School of Health and Natural Sciences is seeking candidates for Lecturer of Biology. This is a ten-month, non-tenure track position.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves teaching undergraduate non-majors. Teaching responsibilities may include day and/or evening, lower-level biology courses. Travel to satellite campus (Warner Robins) may be required.
Required QualificationsRequired Educational Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in biology or a related area.
