Machine Maintenance Tech nd shift

Machine Maintenance Tech- 2nd shift Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root cause of problems. Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.

• Cleans and lubricates parts, orders replacement parts, inspects completed repairs and returns equipment to Adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet special needs.
• Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Basic Qualifications (BQs)
• Education and Experience: 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA with 2 years prior machine maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical understanding of complex Use of basic hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of machine tools and their use.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
•  HS/GED
• Experience: 3 years prior machine maintenance experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Mechanical
