Mortgage loan

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans, as well as providing guidance to customers during the loan process. Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients financial situation and provide advice on suitable loan products
• Originate and process mortgage loan applications
• Evaluate customer income, assets, debts, and credit history
• Verify customer income and employment information
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
• Act as a point of contact between customers and lenders
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the mortgage loan industry
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
• Previous experience as a mortgage loan originator
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
