Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist to join our team at Trajan® Wealth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably with some exposure to financial services.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. The HRBP will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

This would be an onsite position at or corporate office in North Scottsdale.

Duties and responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics
• Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist and assists with onboarding process
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a mid-sized company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
