Psych Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse RN Manager) Day Shift Monday to Friday Schedule $10,000 Bonus Dover Behavioral Health is a 72 bed inpatient acute care psychiatric facility that provides mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. + Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.

+ 3 years of experience as an RN-behavioral health or correlating experience preferred. 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.

+ Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
