Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Support activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters degree preferred

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered

• 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred

• Experience in adult neurologic, cardiac, cognitive and/or general rehabilitation is preferred

• Proficient in electronic documentation & reviewing electronic medical records
