Director of Human Resources
Established law firm seeks experienced office manager/HR director. Job functions include:
· Manage daily operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness;
· Oversee administrative and paralegal staff;
· Maintain HR records and benefit plans;
· Recruit and retain professional staff;
· Coordinate staff training, engagement and events;
· Manage and maintain vendor relationships including coordination of IT managed services;
· Maintain office facilities and equipment;
· Report to President/Vice President.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in business management, administration, human resource or related field required;
Experience with accounting and bookkeeping preferred;
SHRM human resource certification preferred;
Familiarity with MS Office software applications preferred;
Experience in a law firm setting preferred.
Candidate must be self-motivated and enthusiastic. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Confidentiality required.
