Job Description - Onboarding Specialist

Pay Rate: $18-21/HR

TEMPORARY ONLY 3 - 6 Months!

What’s a typical day as an Onboarding Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Assisting with onboarding during the busy season

• Reviewing driver documents and cleaning up internal data

• Working with the onboarding specialist to ensure a smooth process

• Learning and using the Applicant Pro ATS and Hire Forms onboarding system

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have some experience with onboarding or HR processes

• Are willing to learn and show initiative

• Have a good attitude and are personable
