Paralegal - Remote

As a Senior Contract Specialist within our Contract Center of Excellence, you will report to the Associate Director and play a pivotal role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex Indirect Procurement Contracts. This includes contracts spanning business technology, professional services, marketing, market research, human resources, and research and development sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with procurement owners to ensure comprehensive contract intake.
Assess contracting requirements and draft necessary contract language.
Demonstrate proficiency in negotiating key contract terms.
Lead supplier negotiation calls and facilitate contract discussions.
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Licensing Agreements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the negotiation process.
Ensure timely completion of required assessments and compliance measures.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal degree from an ABA accredited program preferred.
Law firm experience desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or related fields.
Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating various contracts.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office Applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with spin-off environments and bifurcation concepts beneficial.
