We pride ourselves in supporting our teammates quest for additional training and certifications outside of what we provide by paying for those opportunities What You Can Expect As a Payroll Specialist, and part of a large Payroll supportive team, you will leverage your multi-state payroll experience to balance payrolls, print, sort, and mail checks, and audit payroll reports for around 2,000 employees every week. Your work extends to processing hires, entering W-4s, updating direct deposits and other employee data changes related to Payroll via the Human Capital Management System, UltiPro (now UKG). Payroll can be challenging; the IBP Payroll Department prides itself in empowering the team to formulate solutions to any problems that may come up!
