Essential Job Functions:
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience for new hires, rehires and internal movements.
- Coordinating all aspects of pre-employment within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including offer letters, background checks, drug screens, employment authorizations and orientations.
- Manage high-volume correspondence (emails, chat, phone) across all levels of the organization with the highest degree of integrity, accuracy, tact and empathy.
- Maintain internal trackers and onboarding rosters and constant communication to ensure smooth hiring process.
- Become a super-user of company Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to educate others through best practice sharing and recommendations, as well as identifying and training potential errors.
- Cultivate strong collaboration with talent acquisitions, site administrative support, peers and colleagues to contribute valuable recommendations based on learnings, company practices and new developments. Deliver training and insights on an as-needed basis.
- Proactively provide recommendations for continuous improvements and processing efficiencies.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and celebrations, including Diversity & Inclusion, recognition, team building and other opportunities identified.
- Provide administrative support to the Midway HR Team.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records as this role will be regularly exposed to highly confidential information.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent education) is required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HR, Finance, Legal preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience of working in a high volume, fast paced HR environment.
- A fundamental understanding of HR policies, practices, payroll and benefits Proficiency in MS Office products required.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends to support site operations.
- Depending on location, work may be performed inside or outside with varying temperatures and floor surfaces
Compensation between USD $19.00/Hr.-USD $21.00/Hr.
