Responsibilities • Provide direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgement
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations
• Report illegal activity
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Requirements • High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Credentialing for compounded medications
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
