[Priority Listing] High School Humanities Teacher

The Cincinnati Waldorf High School is seeking a full-time Humanities Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. The ideal applicant will have a demonstrated ability to teach in an innovative manner, a love and appreciation for adolescents, a firm footing in today’s world, and an ever-expanding ability and desire to work collegially. Experience with and comfort working within a diverse community and classroom setting will be vital to success.Ideal candidates will also have experience teaching English grammar and literature, theater, and history. Candidates will be considered with strengths in any of these areas.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, although a Master’s or PhD is preferred. A Waldorf High School Teaching Certificate and previous Waldorf High School teaching experience are highly valued. We are willing to work with the right candidate that lacks this experience but is willing to pursue future training in Waldorf pedagogy. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, including tuition remission.
