Job Description - Project Coordinator/Specialist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy keeping projects on track and ensuring all stakeholders are informed? If so, then this Project Coordinator role might be perfect for you!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and construction/services coordination.

Duties:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed on time

- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation

- Communicate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors

- Monitor project sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols

- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates

- Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders

-Visit and audit sites for compliance with contract as needed

Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator role or similar position.

· Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and task management

· Exposure to projects in construction or services desirable.

· Federal contracts and safety standards exposure

- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Knowledge of project scheduling and resource management

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
