As the Project Manager for HR Strategic Initiatives, you will be at the forefront of assessing, leading, and implementing projects and process improvements across HR services. These initiatives are vital in supporting our growth and ensuring our HR operations are highly efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with HR functional leaders, as well as broader institute leadership, faculty, and staff, providing exceptional project management leadership and support. Your work will focus on implementing a variety of people, process, and technology initiatives aimed at enhancing HR services. This role demands the flexibility to work onsite as needed, based on project requirements. About Us

What We're Looking For
Key Skills and Qualifications: Solid knowledge of HR processes and functions.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), and Visio.
Exceptional planning, strategy, project management, analytic, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to navigate through diverse organizational levels and balance multiple agendas.
Advanced communication, customer-service, and leadership skills, combined with strong professionalism and work ethic.
Experience in managing uncertainty and ambiguity, with a flexible approach to prioritization and methodologies.
Ability to evaluate program/project outcomes effectively. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management, process improvement (LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma), and business strategy within HR or healthcare/patient-centric organizations, preferably in an academic/research setting.
Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Project/Process Improvement, or significant experience in academia, research, or healthcare, may substitute for the degree. What We Offer
