What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:

• Responsible for maintaining on-time daily documentation deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Reviewing all documents prior to submitting, paying particular attention to typos and ensuring consistency throughout packages.

• Understanding different document requirements as per customer specifications and/or industry standards.

• Handling GE documentation as the primary focus, as well as using Sharefile for NOV documentation and other customer accounts.

• Reviewing all certifications, paying attention to typos and consistency throughout packages.

• Prioritizing packages based on due dates, customer review times, and other factors.

• Utilizing customer sites such as SAP to upload, review, and share files with customers.

• Keeping shipping and sales informed on the status of document statuses.

Requirements:

• Have previous QA documentation experience.

• Possess the ability to combine, sort, and extract several document packages based on customer requirements.

• Are familiar with customer sites such as SAP for file management.

• Have experience in the oil and gas industry (a plus).
