Position Overview: As a Benefits & HRIS Analyst, you will be a key member of our Human Resources team, tasked with nurturing a strong workplace culture that aligns with our business objectives. Your role involves managing and enhancing our employee benefits programs and HR Information Systems (HRIS). You will ensure our employees receive outstanding support and information regarding their benefits, contributing to our commitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits. Serve as the primary contact for employees for all benefits-related inquiries, ensuring clarity in benefits coverage, eligibility, and claims processes. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations pertinent to employee benefits like HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA. Efficiently manage and resolve any issues related to benefits, working closely with employees, management, and external vendors. Conduct analyses to measure the effectiveness of benefit programs, preparing detailed reports to highlight trends and insights. Undertake other relevant duties as required to support the HR department. Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in benefits administration and/or HRIS management. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality with discretion. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in benefits administration and excellent communication skills are essential. Certification in Benefits Professional (CBP) is an advantage but not required.
