DESCRIPTION :

Duties: Utilize various Data Science/Reporting/Analytics tool features to design, develop, enhance and support visualizations including, but not limited to highly interactive dashboards, scorecards and reports. Work with the Reporting Center of Excellence team within the reference data strategy group, comprised of both onshore and offshore resources. Identify business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its reporting/analytic goals. Support reference data initiatives in light of business and data requirements, and iteratively design visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented for feedback. Perform detailed data analysis and determine the structure, content, and quality of the data by examining source systems and data samples. Effectively utilize features and best practices of Business Intelligence tools and visual analytics to maximize impact and utility of visualization products. Drive a repository of reusable data visualization templates and views. Implement analysis of Source Data, and define ingestion mechanisms and data models best suited for Business Intelligence delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Data Solution Architect, Data Modeler, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SQL ; Data Management; Data Architecture; Data Modeling; Data Analysis; Requirement gathering; Data Dashboards; and Business Intelligence reporting tools, including Microstrategy and QlikView.

Job Location: 700 White Clay Center Drive, Newark, DE 19711. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
